Difference Between My Apron and MyTHDHR:
Both these websites have been designed for the employees or associates of Home Depot. But, there is one big difference between the two. While MyTHDHR is available for access from any computer connected to the internet, My Apron can only be accessed if you are connected to the Home Depot intranet or their enterprise network.
Both these sites have many things in common. For instance, you can view your schedule, paystub, benefits and other common employment related details on both the sites. But, there is some confidential information that cannot be accessed from outside the Home Depot intranet and you must log in to MyApron for that.
Thankfully, the MyTHDHR portal lets you access your information and schedule from anywhere you want to. Even when you are home and off duty, you can view a wide range of information.
How To Log in to MyTHDHR websites?
The first question that might pop in your mind is whether you need to register to Home Depot MyTHDHR or the intranet site to create a sign in. Thankfully, you do not require any registration. You need to log in with your User ID and password. The User ID is provided to you by Home Depot HR team after the recruitment. If you haven’t received the ID, you may contact your supervisor or the HR group for it. You are also given the password to access the website, which you can change after logging in. Here are the steps to log in:
- Visit the website https://hdapps.homedepot.com/ESSSecurity/logon.do?
- In the Location field, there are two options to choose from:
- Store: Enter the store number
- If the store where you work doesn’t have a number you can click ‘Other Location’
- Enter the User ID
- Enter your password
- Click ‘Login’
You will now be able to log in to a MyTHDHR portal and access your personal information like paystub, schedule, benefits and more.
Forgot MyTHDHR Password? What if I forgot My Password?
For certain reasons, Home Depot doesn’t have a password reset link on its associated website. It may seem strange to some, but it looks like this is a security measure. But, this doesn’t mean you cannot reset the password if you have lost or forgotten it.

MyTHDHR Schedule Login:
It is important to know your schedule so that you reach the workplace on time every time. Knowing the schedule in advance also helps you plan your days. For instance, if you need to be at work from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday, you can make personal schedules accordingly.
The good news is you can view your MyTHDHR schedule on the employee portal. You can see the schedule by day, week as well as month. You cannot make any changes to the schedule. Only your manager or administrator can do that. However, you can request for a change. It will be sent to the manager for approval. You can also request a leave or day off from the portal.
Here is how you can log in to MyTHDHR My Schedule:
- Visit the site https://mythdhr.com/Pages/default-hr.aspx
- Click ‘Your Schedule’ on the list on the left pane
- This will redirect you to the Schedule login page https://hdapps.homedepot.com/LaborMgtTools/WFMEssLauncher (you can visit this page directly as well)
- Select the Location
- Enter User ID & Password
- Click Sign in
This will give you access to the current schedule.
This section of the portal is related to the Pay. There are a lot of things you can do. For instance, you can enroll yourself into electronic payment. The payment will either be transferred as direct deposit or sent to the payroll card (depending upon your choice).
Direct deposit is the most convenient and safest way to get your payments online. The payment is credited instantly on the due date. But, if you don’t have a bank account, you can opt for payroll card, which is provided by Citi group. By opting for the electronic payment method, you get the peace of mind. No matter what may come, the payments will always be there on time.
The portal also lets you change the tax withholdings at the local, state and federal level. This can be done at any time of the entire year. In case you need to modify the deductions for Homer Fund, this is the website for it.
You can also view the statements of your payment on the MyTHDHR self-service portal. Please note that the statements are available only for the past 36 months.
The Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal also allows you to view the most reset W2 statements. You can view this online or choose to get a paper copy. The paper statement, however, is sent to your work location (the Home Depot Store where you work) and not your home address if you are a current store associate. If you are a former associate or you are on leave of absence, the W2 statement is mailed to your home address.
Home Depot also offers a number of benefits to its employees. The benefit programs are meant for the employees as well as their families.

You can log in with your User ID and Password on this site. Remember that the login credentials are not the same as ESS. If you do not have a sign in details, click ‘Are you a new user?’ and follow the onscreen instructions.
